Hard To Miss

So I was going to play Slots again, hopefully to complete the last two challenges, when I saw something strange.

 There was a line to get into the Hotel Frontage which was weird because that rarely ever happens, which is really never.  I decided to wait and when I finally got in, this is what I saw.

 This surely shocked me.  Looks like a whole club/family/clan that was getting together and they all had a casino scooter of some sort and it looked really cool!  These people must constantly be in the casino trying to get these.
